Q: What services do you provide and how much does it cost?

A: We create unique custom balloon decor and balloon entertainment to fit your style and venue. Creating custom one of a kind experiences and works of art out of balloons is our specialty. We provide unique decor and entertainment concepts and price quote after we have a moment to discuss with you the atmosphere you want to achieve.

Q: I don't know what I need or where to start can you help?

A: Yes! Let us create unique custom decor and balloon entertainment to achieve the atmosphere you envision. We can provide a consultation and multiple concepts for you to choose from to fit your event's needs. 

 

Q: What sets Twists to Remember apart from other balloon decorators; why should I book with you?

A: We specialize in creating experiences and atmospheres that will set your event apart from others. You won’t have to worry about the details of how to accomplish a work of art out of balloons in your venue, that is our job! Safety is a priority of ours; we have a specialist on staff who custom creates structures for each piece of balloon art and handles all rigging to make sure it is safe for all guests and the venue. We are a registered business and carry liability insurance required by most venues.

 

Q: Do you provide services to my area?

A: We service areas of Indiana and Ohio. We are based out of Modoc, Indiana. We frequently travel to the following cities and surrounding areas.

Indiana: Indianapolis, McCordsville, Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Fortville, Pendleton, Anderson, Muncie, Winchester, Modoc, Richmond

Travel fee for Fort Wayne, Syracuse, Mishawaka, .

Ohio: Eaton, Dayton

Travel fee to Dublin, Columbus, Cincinnati

Q: I’m not in Indiana or Ohio, can you help me with custom balloon decor?

A: Absolutely, our team loves to travel and is always up for an adventure. Client will assume all of teams’ travel expenses. Contact Mindy Ellis to discuss your custom decor and travel expenses that would be incurred.

 

Q: How early before my event do I need to book your services?

A: Contact us as soon as possible; we book for events a year in advance, and even the week of an event. Please keep in mind that holiday weekends and summer time get booked fast. Need service this week give us a phone call and we will see if we are available to help you out.

 

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Our prices are set to enable us to provide the level of service you deserve. We specialize in providing unique decor that will be customized just for you from concept to install and our pricing reflects this customized process.

Q: How do I book your services?

A: Submit a request/contact form under the "contact" tab at the top of the page. We will get back with you within the next day when received Monday-Thursday. Once you receive an invoice with attached service agreement and Twists to Remember receives payment of 50% of total fee your event will be booked and the date saved on our calendar. Payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to event date.

 

Q: When providing balloon entertainment what is your attire; are you dressed as a clown?

A: Twists to Remember balloon artists and party facilitators wear fun colorful balloon twisting aprons with balloon accessories. When providing decor set up staff wears logo dress shirt.
